Studipost was a free messenger for teachers and parents. It reached 4,000 weekly active users. In the end I couldn't get the business model to work - the sales cycles were too long and not profitable enough.

Deloitte Digital helps German DAX companies build new businesses. I joined as employee #3; by my departure, the team had grown to 40 and secured five major deals. While not the primary closer, I gained valuable insights observing skilled professionals execute these deals.
